DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is executed between the following parties under the terms and conditions specified below:

By accepting this Agreement, the Buyer acknowledges that, upon confirming the order, they are obliged to pay the order amount and any additional charges such as shipping fees and taxes, and have been duly informed thereof.
Subject
This Agreement governs the sale and delivery of the product(s) specified below, which the Buyer has ordered electronically via the Seller’s website www.aisesu.com, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
Prices listed and announced on the website are the sale prices. These remain valid until updated or modified. Time-limited promotional prices are valid until the stated period ends.
Product(s) Subject to Agreement
The essential features (type, quantity, brand/model, color, and number) of the goods/services are published on the website. If a promotional campaign is offered, the related product features can be reviewed during the campaign period.

Payment & Order Terms
All items sold via Aisesu are made-to-order and could be custom-made upon request, all produced after the order is placed.
Production for pre-order items takes 10 business days, and shipping is initiated thereafter.
Payments for standard pre-orders are made via credit card or available payment gateways.
Custom-made orders require confirmation via email and payment via bank transfer.
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Delivery Terms
Domestic shipping is completed within 7 business days after production.
International shipping times vary by location and generally take up to 7 business days.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges.
Aisesu is not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party delivery services or holidays.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Law No. 6502, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal:
The Buyer must notify Aisesu via email within the 14-day period.
The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products that are custom-made or tailored to the Buyer’s request.
Items prepared specifically to personal needs.
Buyer Acknowledgment
The Buyer acknowledges having read and understood the key features of the products, total order amount including taxes and delivery fees, and the withdrawal conditions as published on www.aisesu.com.
Default & Legal Consequences
If the Buyer makes payment via credit card and defaults on payment, interest will be applied in accordance with the credit card agreement with their bank, and the Buyer shall be liable to the bank.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be submitted to:
Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts located at the Buyer’s residence or where the transaction was made, as per the value limits defined by the Ministry of Trade.
Enforcement
Once the Buyer completes payment for the order via the website, this Agreement shall be deemed accepted in full.
