Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Aisesu’s website (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not accept these Terms, you should not use the Website.
Aisesu reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on the Website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
Aisesu operates in compliance with Turkey’s Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Distance Selling Regulations. These Terms are designed to ensure legal compliance and protect the rights of both Aisesu and its customers.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Website, including but not limited to product designs, images, text, logos, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of Aisesu and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or commercially exploit any part of the Website or its content without prior written consent from Aisesu.
Unauthorized use of Aisesu’s brand name, logo, product images, or designs for any commercial or non-commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
Aisesu reserves the right to prohibit the rental, lease, or unauthorized resale of its products. Purchases from Aisesu are strictly for personal use. Any attempts to resell Aisesu products without prior authorization may result in order cancellation or legal action.

Orders & Payments

All items on Aisesu are available by pre-order and will be produced once an order is placed. The pre-order duration is 10 business days, orders placed during public holidays or under external circumstances may take longer, as working days may vary. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled. Custom-made and customization requests may vary depending on production availability, with timelines determined by the specific application and design. Once all written details are approved by both parties via email and the upfront payment is received via bank transfer, production begins. These orders are not placed via the online checkout system. All custom-made and customized item requests are considered final sale and are not subject to return or exchange under any circumstances.

Order Acceptance & Limitations: Aisesu reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion. We may impose purchase limits per customer, household, or order, including restrictions on multiple orders placed using the same account, credit card, billing, or shipping address. If we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout. We also reserve the right to refuse orders that appear to be placed for resale or unauthorized distribution.
International Pricing & Currency: Payments for orders placed from Turkey will be processed in Turkish Lira (TRY). Payments for international orders will be processed in USD or EUR depending on your region. Any currency fluctuations, exchange rate differences, or international banking fees are the responsibility of the customer. Aisesu reserves the right to cancel orders that attempt to manipulate regional pricing through VPN usage or other methods.
Failed or Canceled Payments: If a customer’s payment fails or is later reversed by the bank, Aisesu reserves the right to cancel the order without obligation to fulfill it.
Errors & Inaccuracies: Aisesu reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We may update or change product information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been placed. If a pricing error occurs, we will notify the customer and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

Promotions & Offers

Promotional offers, including discount codes, archive sales, and other special pricing campaigns, are valid only for a limited time as stated during the promotion period and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases. Promotion codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.

Items purchased during promotional periods or from archive sale collections are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless otherwise stated. These offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Domestic shipping within Turkey is free, while international shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the shipment service used.
Customs & Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility. Aisesu is not liable for these additional charges. You can refer to our Shipping & Delivery policy for further information.
Delivery & Third-Party Responsibility: Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer. If a third party at the provided address accepts the package, the order will be considered fulfilled. Aisesu is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Returns: Customers can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and have all tags intact. Personalized or altered items cannot be returned, nor are custom-made and customized items subject to return or exchange, as they are considered final sale. Aisesu reserves the right to either reject the return or issue a partial refund at its discretion if a returned item does not meet the required conditions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds will be processed within a standard timeframe after inspection. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Product Availability & Display Accuracy

Online Exclusivity & Limited Availability: While all items are produced upon order, some collections, special releases or archive sale items may be available in stock for a limited time exclusively through the Website. These items may have limited quantities and are not subject to return or exchange, as stated in our Returns & Refunds policy. Aisesu reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time or limit the quantities of any item available for purchase.
Color & Image Accuracy: We strive to ensure that the colors and images of our products displayed on the Website are as accurate as possible. However, due to differences in screen settings and lighting conditions, we cannot guarantee that the colors seen on your device will precisely match the actual product.

Customer Responsibilities

Alterations to purchased items are solely the customer’s responsibility and will not be performed or covered by Aisesu. Customers must provide accurate information during ordering and account registration. Aisesu is not liable for any issues caused by incorrect details.
Items purchased from Aisesu are for personal use only. Reselling, reproducing, or unauthorized distribution of Aisesu’s products is strictly prohibited.

Third-Party Services & Links

Aisesu may provide access to third-party tools and external links that we do not control. We are not responsible for any errors, issues, or damages caused by the use of these third-party services. Your use of third-party tools is entirely at your own risk and discretion.

Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.
Customers may also refer disputes to the Consumer Arbitration Committees in Turkey, as per the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, if applicable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Turkey.
