SHIPPING POLICY

All AISESU items are available by pre order. Please allow 10 business days for your order to be produced for you and shipped. Please note, orders placed over a public holiday may take longer as working hours and dates might show difference. Customers will be informed of the production timeline of their purchase once the order is confirmed and will subsequently receive a notification when the order is ready to be shipped.

Domestic Orders

On all domestic orders we offer free shipping. You can expect your item to arrive within 7 business days with Yurtiçi Kargo courier company for all of our domestic deliveries.

International Orders

For our international orders DHL Express is our main carrier and please note shipping costs and delivery time may vary depending on your location. We estimate a delivery time of up to 7 business days, excluding any time needed for customs clearance.

Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to additional shipping costs based on the destination, as well as customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping fees at checkout. AISESU has no control over any of these charges and is not liable for any customs duties or import taxes incurred during the shipping process. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has ben shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and the shipment company’s details.
