RETURN POLICY

We hope you that you love your AISESU items as much as we do but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To start a return process and obtain a return authorization please contact our team at contact@aisesu.com with your order number and necessary information regarding the item you wish to return.

Items must be returned in their original state, unused condition, with all tags in place and packaging intact. Items that are returned with signs of wear, tags missing, or returned outside of our 14-day return window will not be accepted.

Please note customized, personalized or altered items are non-returnable unless they have defects, which must be consulted with our team before organizing a return.

All returns are held responsible by the customer and must be made with a courier of your own choice. We always recommend to use a trackable delivery service for your parcel as we cannot be held responsible for any lost deliveries. Customers must provide a tracking number once the return has been shipped to ensure we receive the item. 

For your security, we would recommend requesting and keeping hold of all proof of courier receipts, until the return has been fully processed.

Please allow us 5 working days to process your return when we receive your item. When the return process is completed and your item is eligible for return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund. Our company will issue a refund to the original payment method within a standard timeframe, depending on your bank’s processing time. Any shipping fees, including domestic and international shippings, and additional charges like custom fees associated with returning items are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

If a returned item does not fully meet the required conditions, we reserve the right to either reject the return or issue a partial refund at our discretion.

Please be advised while all items are available for pre-order, certain items may be a part of a limited collection, a specific edit, or a special release produced in stocks. These items will only be available for a specific period and may not be restocked once sold out. Due to their limited nature, returns and exchanges for such items will not be possible.
